They are purely cosmetic and do not give any real benefit, except that your character looks amazing!

Here are some of the goals that you can buy and find in the game for MOZE currently. As far as we know, 51 heads are available for each class in Borderlands 3. Some heads are available for each class, and some are unique to the class. The default head for MOZE is initially unlocked. This leadership will be updated in the future, when more goals will be found!

VIP all

The heads of the Vault Insider program are no longer produced, but were originally available to those who wanted to visit the partner site of the game. Each storage seeker had a redempted head, including a mose. The partnership ended on May 18, 2020. More about such rewards can be found here.

Mission Moze or the head of the world/monsters/slots

These are the heads that you will earn by performing various missions in the game. You will want to perform as many plot missions as possible and choose side quests if you want to collect all the cosmetics. Some of them can also be thrown out of the enemies in the world or found in slot machines in the Moxy bar, as evidenced by the Gearbox page.
